At Nectar Hydration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the mailer and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
